Sour Cream – Taco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) container nonfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Caldo de Pollo, or salt
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 ½ teaspoon lemon-pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Couple dashes of ground cinnamon
  •  3/4 cups water

Directions

Whisk together:

  • sour cream
  • avocado
  • chili powder
  • lemon-pepper
  • cumin
  • red pepper
  • Caldo de Pollo or salt
  • cinnamon.

Add 1 1/2 cups water

Stirring until smooth.

Cover and chill until ready to serve.
