Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Cut the steps and peel the first couple layers of the Sprouts

In mixing bowl combine,

  • 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter, coconut or olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Juice of one lemon (lemon pepper works)
  • 2 teaspoons Caldo de Pollo
  • Balsamic Vinegar – 3 tablespoons

Toss in mixing bowl until thoroughly coated (let stand for a few minutes if possible)

In small convection oven, put on broiling tray.

Cook for 17 minutes at 400

Pull out halfway through, put back in mixing bowl to re-coat with the good stuff.

Better when crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. (can cook for 18 on 350 low and 2 min on 450)
